What is a race bib and chip? (NOTE: Race Registration closes in 1 day!) 

A race bib is a unique identification number printed by us, and provided to you before race start. This “bib” is easily attached to the front of your shirt using safety pins that are included in your race packet. See example picture for a visual reference of a typical race bib.

 Race Chips

A race chip is an advanced transponder device attached to your shoe for timing purposes. This lightweight device will accurately record your start and finish time, and make these results available within minutes of race finish. Your race chip is provided in your race packet along with your bib, safety pins, etc. Please see example image of a typical “race chip.”
